Hence we have got a well arranged and well secured storage area under 24x7 cctv servilllance which makes our customers feel their raw material is safe & secured with us.
Having a In-house laboratory would inturn result in the quality of NEP products to all our customers. NEP has a fully equiped lab with a fulltime chemist who analysis each and every processing baths in the plant and take needful actions based on the result of the analysis.
X-ray fluorescence is used to measure the accurate thickness of multilayer metallic coating on a processed component. So with the help of XRT we can provide the accurate thickness of coating on the processed component to meet the customers specification
Salt Spray testing also known as Salt fog testing is used to measure the corrosion resistance of the coating on the processed component. The more corrosion resistant the coating is, the longer the period of testing before the appearance of corrosion/ rust.
Thermal test is also known as heat-quench test, as the title signifies thermal test count on subjecting electroplated parts to elevated temperatures to determine the sufficiency of coating adhesiveness. In simple words the process is to place the parts into an oven and heating them until they reach the appropriate temperature, which varies depending on the type of plating on the metal.
